If you contact us within 60 days of your receipt of any of our products to request a refund, we will ask you to ship the product back to us and upon receipt of the product we will issue a refund or fully credit any outstanding invoice.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the receipt of returned product, except in the case of customer payment by check. Refunds will consist of either a credit to the original credit card charge, a crediting of an outstanding invoice, or a check will be issued in cases where payment was made by check. At the discretion of California Vacuum Technology, a ten-day delay in refund may be exercised in cases where payment was made by check.
